Lacey Jiffy Lube Customer Satisfaction

Why’ Because we know that our Lacey reputation depends on it, and being a good part of the Lacey community is important to us. We have been serving the Lacey community for 18 years, and believe that our next customer will come from your word of mouth.
I wanted to pass along this positive customer feedback we received from a Jiffy Lube customer just this week:
“Dear Jiffy Lube,
I am writing to let you know that I appreciate your terrific service.
Two days ago I checked the oil in my wife’s minivan and discovered that it was just a little low. I didn’t have time to take care of it then, and my wife was worried that driving on low oil would damage her car. I told her that we needed to get it to Jiffy Lube as soon as we could, and that I would take care of it in the next couple of days.
My wife, who is apprehensive about dealing with ‘car guys’ because she doesn’t know ‘how all that stuff works’, pulled into our local Jiffy Lube and nervously explained to the attendant that she was a little low on oil. The attendant checked the oil levels, and quickly topped her off before sending her on her way.
She called me immediately to express her appreciation, and surprise, too, that the guys at Jiffy Lube were so friendly.
